At times I have been far from impressed with this practice, but of late they are good to me. The nurses, prescription line and reception have been fantastic. The few Doctors I have encountered most have been so helpful and kind. Now and then things go wobbly......but that is life itself......no guarantees....no dead certs! I feel they all try to do their best.....nobody could ask or expect for more.
I'm extremely grateful for all their help.

I have had a brilliant experience at this practice. Doctor was very caring and kind and the follow up care was amazing. The NHS is under such a lot of pressure and people don’t always understand this. I have absolute faith in this practice.

it took me nearly 3 weeks to register here, and it took me a month to get an appointment.

and best of all, when i arrived on the day of my appointment, i found out i was removed from the roster and had to apply for another gp because of my mental health issues!
without my knowledge too!

picture perfect example of discrimination towards the mentally ill.

We was today for removed stitches. They charge us 150 pounds for 3 minutes with doctor. 50 pounds for checking teeth what not happend, 50 pounds for emergency services but that not was emergency and 50 pounds for removed stitches - that was ok.I highly do not recommend it

I've had not just 1 but 2 negative experiences with this surgery, I'll try keep it short as I can

First negative experience was a couple months ago, I was heavily pregnant and I was in the waiting area with my 4 year old son (suspected ADHD/Autism) He was in his special needs pushchair. He starts being physical with me so I moved him forward, he started swinging back and forth and fell backwards onto the floor. He had smacked the back of his head so hard he started crying, when the DR came out and called out a name I missed who he had said. I got up to tell him about my son, he just looked at me, smiled and said "I'll get to you after, your next" When trying to explain my son is in pain the DR just walked off and left him! I told reception and my words were "It's like he don't care" the receptionist was in agreement with him telling me he's got others to see!! I completely understand that and I wasn't trying to rush my appointment but someone could of attended to my son! He could of had a concussion!! I walked out in tears

Second negative experience was from yesterday Thursday 17th October 2024 - I had logged an online submission/request - New problem. I was sent a text message on the same day saying It's so and so (not divulging on here) and a prescription made and sent to Boots. This was without being examined!! I went to Boots to pick up on Friday 18th October 2024 to be told they don't have a prescription for that problem. I was annoyed so when home submitted another request to be booked a face to face for Thursday 24th October 2024!! That's disgusting considering what my symptoms are, I'm genuinely struggling with the pain! So I called 111 and they referred it back to this GP - call made to 111 at 9.47am!! I waited all day until after hours. Still nothing so I called 111 again and I've been told their out of hours will call me to discuss and should be within the next 24 hours! How I've been made to wait for a face to face for almost another week is appalling!

The worst surgery ever. Poor child has high temperature and very chesty cough and doctor advise is to go see pharmacist. Waste of time trying to get through them to see a doctor.

They are absolutely totally useless. Theres no care whatsoever. It can take atleast a month to make an appointment on the phone, they don't let you see a doctor when i't could be life threatening! If you do talk to a doctor they are a total waste of time and they do nothing. I will be moving on to a different medical centre when i can. They just make you worse. Not fit for purpose. The worst surgery of all time! I totally have no confidence in them.

This surgery is absolutely appalling. None of them want to help you have to wait for a month for a phone call which is absolutely ridiculous especially when you have a family member in a lot of pain they refer you to people that don't even deal with the situation your needing help with. Absolutely discusting!!! Would highly not recommend this surgery.
