I have found this medical centre to be excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment. The doctors really listen and they have always looked after me. The nurses are super friendly. Reception staff are helpful and go above and beyond to help. I have recently moved to the area and I can’t believe how wonderful this surgery is. Well done tangmere medical centre. You are doing an amazing service.

I called my surgery today to get results and I accidentally pressed the wrong number . I asked for the results and the receptionist was extremely rude to me. The receptionist spoke to me in an unfriendly manor and then told me I wasn’t answering her question and that I was the second person today to have done this .. I was so shocked by her tone I hung up!!

Absolutely abhorrent service from the receptionist staff - a reoccurring issue going from the rest of the reviews! Rude and argumentative and very unhelpful then hung up on me without so much as a good bye! Terrible, terrible service and seem to think themselves doctors or above their role. People so miserable should not be customer facing. A true let down for the centre.

I had bad experience with this dentist for the 2nd time .I'll never go there again or refer anyone.they are only after money.Their advice is always the same, remove your teeth whether it's healthy or unhealthy or advice you to pay private(Easy option for them i guest) they don't make any other effort at all.

Really bad experience for the last year I was with them. Months to get them to agree I had asthma and prescribe medicine even though I had already been diagnosed at my previous GPs. Made me do 2 peak flow tests that both were lost by them, phone appointments not attended by them (which I called to check was still on 30mins before as a previous phone appointment was not attended by them). Both times no apology and I was blamed (told off for not coming in.. for a telephone appointment...) for their mistake. I have left for another GPs as I still can't breathe properly and am getting no help or service here. Avoid.

Excellent experience every time I get in touch with them. Receptionists and doctors are friendly, helpful and caring. The phone is always picked up quickly and the centre itself is clean, pleasant and lots of parking. Appointments are also on time. Moved here from another local GP surgery and so glad that I did. Thank you everyone at Tangmere Medical Centre!

I've never received such outstanding and personable service in the medical industry as I have at Tangmere medical centre. Especially brilliant and worth mentioning are the two paramedics that work there that have both seen me on short notice. Their diagnosis and direction has been spot on and they're just really friendly lovely people. Thanks for all your help

Had an appointment with Doctor Mark Twist this morning and he and his nurse (so sorry was nervous and can’t recall her name) were fantastic. Very reassuring and professional, answering my questions and taking time to listen to my unusual request to look and know about the procedure. I can honestly say I have not received treatment as good as this before. Many thanks to you both for your kindness and taking the time to explain and being totally fantastic.
