I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful place this is, both for the support they give its users as well as their families to the fund raising that they do.

We visited to support their sale and came away with some fabulous items. All of the staff and helpers are friendly and welcoming.

LUV LUV LUVED IT.

EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY. And made you feel at home almost like ive never been away.

I haven't been there for something like 3yrs or so because I lost my Hubby Victor the LUV of my life of 40 yrs to CANCER 6 June 20 20. And then Covid hit and it was closed for months and months.

I am going to make the effort to go every Thursday from now on to the craft sessions.
I need to get out more and make new friends instead of sitting in the house like Shirley Valentine.
The moping around feeling sorry for my self STOPS NOW. The grieving time has to come to an end.
I will NEVER forget those 40 yrs we had together BUT now it is MY TIME TO MAKE A LIFE FOR MYSELF.
Tomorrow I start a new chapter. Watch this space....

I do volunteer work at the centre. It's a brilliant place that helps all kinds of people and offers treatments craft work and support to family and friends. .It is kept open by fund raising and donations.
