as a person who has fled domestic violence and also vulnerable I am appalled at the hate letters I have been receiving from this practice. (apparently from one male Dr who has a fixation)
They have given me no support and are still sending me letters of harassment and discrimination.
There seems absolutely zero level of care or compassion here. The receptionist looks like she wants to punch you. Have asked for help with my mental health and being completely dismissed.
The GP's I have interacted with couldn't give any care and openly lie.
I would say negligence is rife here. I have had a very poor experience. Very sad for a small rural area. I hope they employ some more compassionate and professional staff going forward.

We spoke to Janette on reception this morning in relation to how we went about ordering some medication that would run out before we got back from holiday, but we were not yet able to re-order on-line before we went. Janette put the order through for us and we got notification that the medication was ready to collect the same day. Thank you for such a fantastic service.

My family and I have been patients of the surgery for four years and the service has been excellent everytime. It's reasonably easy to get an urgent appointment in the morning. Even later in the day, if it relates to children then a GP will call me back. The GPs and nurse practitioners have always provided careful and considered care. Should I not need an urgent appointment, the online service is excellent and always meets my needs. Finally, the dispensary is good and I've never had a significant problem with prescriptions. I was also pleased to see a reasonable response to the pandemic, with service provided well throughout and the surgery policy allowing us to stop wearing masks at the correct time rather than dragging it out like some other clinical services.

Simply a fantastic service. I've used the triage form twice and been invited to very swift appointments. The Doctors are exceptionally professional and very friendly. I can't thank their swift service enough. A world away from my previous GP.

They are good they will go above and beyond to get my the important and expensive meds that I need for my long-term chronic condition. You build rapore with a doctor over years, which is good . I have only had a few problems where it's taken a while to sort things out, and each time I ask for it to be sorted, it was pushed from one person and another but in the end with some perseverance from my end it was sorted

I registered my two Ukrainian guests at this practice (not my GP’s), simply because they would find it easy to get there by public transport. I am delighted with the care and compassion they have received. I also appreciated the respect for privacy which the large and airy reception area provides.

Had my covid jab today much earlier than I expected and ahead of schedule. Efficient process and all the staff and nurses were incredibly friendly and helpful. I've been a patient here for around 15 years and have always found the practice doctors and nurses to be thorough, compassionate and caring. I feel very lucky to a patient of this practice.
