Excellent. Calm caring staff with a great sense of humour. Took bloods no problem and I'm terrified of needles. Thankyou. Also have to mention taxi driver Dave for making a long drive seem so much faster. Overall a lovely experience.

Very nice centre and staff were very helpful and supportive. Only issue is there is no signage saying that the clinic is in Kilburn House so I got a bit lost and had to ring up even though I had driven by it a few times. Only signs were on the windows which were quite a distance from the roadway.

Went with hubby for his test appointment to see if he can go on one of there research trails. He wasn't suitable but that didn't stop the staff from being friendly. They got us a taxi there and back, free hot drinks while you wait to be see and fairly comfortable chairs.

I'd give zero stars if I could, terrible experience. I signed up to the migraine trial trying to find a relief- they just increased my symptoms! Initial appt I had to wait 40minutes which I was ok with but I didnt even get an apology. I was seen by the doctor and established suitability for the trial. I then went to reception to be told they would be in touch within the week with further appts. 2months later I got a text asking me to call them to make an appt. I didnt get a chance to call within office hours for 2 days. They then told me the trial closed the day before. So they text and expected me to attend with 2 days notice No apology or explanation for leaving it 2 months instead of "within a week" and she then just hung up on me, so rude. Yes they pay for a taxi, give you free tea/coffee while you're in but such a waste of time, and the majority of the staff I had dealings with were rude and unprofessional. So whether you are looking for treatment or to help with research - dont go here.

Found the place eventually despite an unhelpful satnav! Very nice staff..very kind and patient..I wasn't suitable for the study I had applied for but gave me information about my health and results of a scan to give to my GP. They do various studies so I am welcome to apply for any that are relevant to me in the future.

I have enlisted on a study carried out by Synexus. Staff are extremely thorough and efficient. Eligibility is first determined with a testing regime.and if accepted a taxi ,if needed will take you there and back to the venue. It gives you peace of mind.
