I have been using Sylvian Care Kingston to support my elderly mother. I have found them to be very well organised, easy to communicate with and incredibly empathic.
Their work has taken a weight off my shoulders and I can check that a visit has taken place and how mum was during the visit by using an app on my phone. The assistants are very polite and kind and the manger is very experienced and understanding. He quickly to created a detailed care plan and put support in immediately. He introduced the carers to my mum before they visited on their own. We work as a team because they listen and care.

Sylvian Care have been excellent and the booking with Jason was seamless. We have never had to arrange care before but the care provided by Meet was exceptional. She was so friendly, caring and attentive and wonderful at her job. She made our dad feel at home and immediately took away any reservations he had about having some care support for a short period. Meet even got Dad a birthday card which was an incredible touch! I genuinely think Dad will miss Meet as his carer and we couldn’t recommend Meet and Sylvian Care highly enough.

I am very pleased and happy with the care I am receiving. This is due to the excellent support from the staff. The staff are always on time and reliable. They are patient, kind and provide reassurance to me which shows how caring they are. I have become more independent due to their constant encouragement, hard work, and dedication. I have nothing but praise for the level of care I receive at home. I met the manager, and he is very friendly, caring, and compassionate. I was confident that I would be in good hands. I receive regular communication from the management team to check If I am fine and if there is anything I would like to be done. This is very reassuring and put me at ease. I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough.
