I have no hesitation in recommending Sylvian care and giving them a five out of five rating. Mum has been looked after by them for nearly a year now. We have regular, daily care by the same staff members who have become part of the family. With Mum's dementia familiarity is important and they are quick to pick up on any changes that they think I need to made aware of in her health and well being. Management have been excellent at responding to any queries. I feel I have been listened to and any issues along the way have been resolved.
