They hung me up after I waited a long time. I could hear someone pressing on the phone to hang it up manually, so it was definitely not the system.

The nurse told me the earliest appointment was in 5 days at the start. She changed her mind that it would be 9 days later because I only had 3 days fever and could not swallow nor talk due to sore throat. My ear drums were hurting non-stop, and blood was found in secretion. She was probably following a procedure, but it felt heartless nonetheless.

The Doctor said he would prescribe me medicine that would be ready to collect by the end of the week. When i went to the pharmacy to collect, they said there wasn't a prescription. When i called the GP, the receptionist admitted that due to the doctor's incompetence, "he made a note on the system and hadn't prescribed me the medicine".

1 month later, i done another e-Consult to schedule a follow-up blood test and ANOTHER even more incompetent doctor has arranged a blood test for me to test for the wrong thing.

Good luck to anyone braving this time-wasting incompetence.

This surgery never answers the phone. Have tried calling several times this week, I wait on hold for an hour before the line cuts me off. Managed to finally speak to someone today to only be told they were unable to provide me with an appointment. Lady suggested I went to the hospital. Waited in hospital for 4.5 hours only to be given anti biotics which should have been done by my GP. Absolute joke of a surgery.

I got through to reception quite quickly, as I called exactly at 8am.
The receptionist was very nice and it was easy to make an appointment to get my son seen.
There is a parking area, which I really appreciate.

Once we arrived at the surgery, we checked in via the tablet and went straight through to the large and clean waiting area.

The aircon wasn’t on so it was quite hot but I’m sure they would have turned it on if we asked.

Dr Patel was very nice and kind. Quickly diagnosed and prescribed medication and we were out of there.

This was only my first experience at this surgery but it was a very good one 🙂

I had an appointment today to see nurse, I was with my 2 year old daughter who started to cry as we entered the room. A lovely lady called “Shanice” (sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong” then came in and asked if I would like a chaperone. My daughter really liked her and went with her for the rest of the appointment. Thank you Shanice as you made the experience easier.

Why on earth would you add a message that tells you the phone line is too busy and cut you off AFTER an already long and drawn out automated introduction. What a waste of time trying to get through.

We had our covid and flu jabs today. The staff were efficient, it was well run and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. Excellent service

This centre is a compilation of mixed messages confusing prognosis and a pot luck service.
Multitude of Doctors
and long waits for appointments with no consistantcy of care..

Terribly mismanaged for a huge operation where the patient nos are increasing due to more housing.
Private health care a genuine option
if one can consider affording it...
