I have been a regular attendee for checkups at Swan Dental and the care has always been incredible. I undertook clear aligners with Dr Rawes in May 2022 and continued to receive incredible service for this with regular checkups. I always felt welcome at the practice, and like I could contact them with queries if I needed to, and they always made time for me whenever additional adjustments were required, even if these were at short notice. I'm so happy with the results of my aligners, and really proud of how my teeth look now. Thank you so much Dr Jenni, and the whole team!

Recently moved to this dental practice and I’m really pleased with the service and treatments that I’ve had since becoming a patient here.

The reception staff are friendly, and really helpful. They will always try and find you the best available appointment.
Also, the dentists & nurses have been professional and have always talked me through the treatment plan before starting.

I’m really glad I’ve found them considering they are within walking distance from my home.

I’ve been using this dentist for years. It’s brilliant. Beautiful building, conveniently located and their monthly dental plan makes good quality dental care super affordable. I don’t even need to bring my wallet!

Super friendly staff and I’ve always had great experiences. I go every three months. You can’t do better than the folks at Swan.

Emma - the Hygienist is awesome! As a nervy passenger at the dentist she is the best hygienist I have ever been to see. Don’t feel a thing, top chat from me mostly and really makes it easy! Thanks and see you in 2 weeks

A fantastic and very empathetic experience from the consultation to the surgery. Had trust and fear issues surrounding dental surgery in the past and travelled from Teesside to Harrogate on recommendation for Swan Dental Practice. I'd travel 3 times as far for this level of service and quality. From front-of-house to the not-so-dreaded chair I won't hesitate to revisit with the slightest twinge; instead of putting it off like I have in the past. 10/10 and very highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing. No one is a fan of the dentist, had some chipped teeth and asked around in the past for help but nothing came from it. Went here and the service/experience was so nice and relaxing.

The procedure was done in stages and I did not feel worried as the guy talked me through what he was doing and was really understanding about my fear of needle.

An amazing experience. From a mouth of crooked teeth, many missing for 40 years and general decay, I have now back to how I was 50 years ago !!

Nothing seemed too much trouble for Henry and his team. I am not the easiest patient but with reassurance they won the day.

Not happy with my service here. Went to see them in October for an assessment on what needed doing and cost, after which i received email confirmation but listed wrong price, after challenging was told it was a typing error. I asked for them to contact me when finance was in place, and no one did. So i contacted them in January, and funnily enough they quoted me the price that was originally the typing error, and when i contested it, was told prices had gone up. Not a great service
