A bit difficult to find your way around, not many signs and maps. Could have more shops. Overall beautiful scenery and nice buildings. Bus stations were around the park but they need more signs for visitors I believe.

Not quite sure how you review a business park, but this one is medium sized set behind a large hospital. Looks pleasant enough and the office buildings have their own parking, so roads are clear. There is a cafe open to the public which serves a very good oat flat white.

Surrey Research Park is a vibrant community of innovation companies and teams, in the beautiful city of Guildford, Surrey, The park is gorgeous, clean, and has many nurtured green spaces for a thriving biodiversity.

The Research Park is a beautiful place to work, many of us go for walks or have picnics around the lakes when the weather suits. A Lot of interesting businesses here, with a sports centre and shopping nearby. The only bad point is the traffic at peak times, but that's true of Guildford generally. Lots of buses around, but a lot of us cycle to work.

The team that maintain this park are always clearing away debris, be it natural fallen leaves or general waste that may be blown around by the wind. Thus there is a lot of attention to how things look, recently a wooden bridge that had suffered wear and tear was repaired to a better state than it was originally.
The park itself is primarily for businesses, the majority of whom are researching in their line of business so there is no major manufacturing on the site.
The park is sourrounded by farmlands, within which are many public rights of way that make a pleasant lunchtime stroll or for the more energetic a pleasant place to run with access to the sports park or up onto the hogs back (A31) which gives great views across Guildford. For the less energetic there is plenty of seating within the park and recent additions allow views across the lakes, with wildlife to admire, so a pleasant spot to stop at on summer days.
There is a cafe/restaurant on site and a regular food/snack van visits daily.
Note, parking is restricted to users of the park and a parking ticket (free to those with legitimate use of the park) has to be displayed.

Lovely venue for business and innovation-related events right in the middle of Surrey University.

This area is full of high tech companies. One of the companies builds GPS satalites so that we in Europe can enjoy the same navigation amongst other things as in America.

The research into medical conditions like prostate cancer is amazing we should be proud of what is being acheoved in the Guildford area not to mention games for various platforms.

Nice seeing for a workplace. Traffic access has improved since the new lights by Tesco. But parking is a nightmare
