I have recently used Super Wellness to deliver a webinar in a local workplace all around Menopause awareness. We use SuperWellness for all our health promotion and it all looks so good and very professional with lots of information on them. They produce tool kits, posters and run webinars on all topics from Healthy hearts to Ways to get a better sleep. They also produce a calendar of events throughout the year and this makes the health & well being planning so much easier. They are always on hand to help and are always just a phone call or email away. Highly recommend them.

Super Wellness has some great courses. The facilitators, especially Julie Weston who we had for a Men's Health Workshop is very knowledgeable and seemed to know the material through and through and would have been able to answer a huge range of questions on the topic. The session was very detailed and well researched. Some of the talks are quite expensive but this is my experience with a lot of providers in this area, so I believe the prices are in line with what's standard for the market. Great customer service too 🙂

From my first introduction to the present day I have been overwhelmed at the level of support and professional information and guidance I have received. I have been working for some time on developing a group of wellbeing Champions and this programme has been exceptional in helping me to do this.
