The counter staff is very rude not cooperative at all .not listening your concerns and putting the phone down I have dying mother but not letting me get my medication while doctors are willing to priscribe and pharmacy willing to deliver but receptionist are in middle and making my mother suffer

I have been trying to get hold of them on multiple occasions for multiple days in different weeks. This is the same issue others are in my neighbourhood friends and family are facing.
The phone will state they are really busy call back again later and the line cuts off. At some points you maybe very lucky you might be put through on the phone system and waiting, I have waited in queue position 2 for over 30 minutes with no progress. Sometimes if you are lucky and it's your turn, the line disconnects. The service from this practice is absolutely diabolical. I would not recommend anybody to join this practice.

Absolutely terrible. They’ve created a system whereby you can only call for appointments at 8 am. I have tried countless times over a 2 week period. This leaves patients at serious risk. It’s simply negligent. The practice is of inadequate standard, hygiene standards are poor along with demeanour of staff. I feel huge sympathy towards elderly patients or those who may struggle with barriers to try to even get an appointment with this practice.

Creating systems like this alienates people who are already struggling with health issues by making it next to impossible to get an appointment. We are in the middle of a pandemic and systems should have been created to help patients rather than make life more difficult. It places patients at further risk by making them wait longer with health issues, which could be of an urgent nature. Along with this it increases the strain on local A&E departments as that is where people go instead of having access to their GP services. I’d recommend for the managers to review their practice standards, they’re simply not accessible nor safe for patients.

THIS SURGERY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!! Thank god I’m from a legal background. I hope I can do everything in my power from today for this surgery to be investigated by NHS England or relevant bodies after making people suffer especially children. What’s the point opening a surgery if you’re going to direct all your patients to 111? The practice manager clearly hasn’t taken any of the reviews into consideration. If anyone likes my review, please give it a thumbs up!!! I will keep you all posted on any progress on my case against this surgery 😊

Worst doctors I've ever been registered with, front desk have attitudes when they finally answer the phone, and the only time you can actually get through to see or speak to a doctor is in your dreams.

Getting prescriptions? Expect another battle.
And can someone tell me how you are supposed to accurately give someone an asthma test over the phone as they expected to do?

This practice should close down !!!!
Its been 2 years since i last went for myself i dont bother making any appointment for myself because they never give appointment
For past 5 weeks im trying to get my daughter appointment but no luck they even stop giving kids appointments kids should be priority but this practice don’t really care

This place should be closed down. No help for any fears or anxieties you may have. Wanted to just speak to a doctor but was told no one can speak to you. Told to make an appointment at 8am but you can never get through at that time. When you do get through all the appointments are taken and to call again tomorrow to repeat it all again. Just for a phone call of your doctor. Staff at front don't care at all.

To book an appointment with the GP we are told to call the clinics number at 08:00. When you do call at 08:00 no one answers the phone. Over 40 calls and no one picks up the phone.
If you call at 09:00 or after and you manage to get through you are told to call at 08:00 tomorrow.
Somehow days later, you manage to book an appointment and the unprepared, "google doctors" at the clinic see you. You are are then booked to see a real doctor. But 2 months pass and there is still no news about the appointment.
Yet every year £6,000 or over are being taken away by the government and some of that money end up in the clinics pocket.
We are being treated like fools because we allow it.
