Partner Nigel called as on holiday and forgot medication. Our own medical services where we live were of no help but called this service and was dealt with by Sophie.
She bent over backwards to help and nothing was too much trouble. Medications now sorted and we can continue with holiday. Many thanks for your help Sophie!

Call handler Sophie could not have helped me anymore than she had, I forgot my medication while on holiday and I was facing a 10hr drive home and back to get my medication. Sophie was very nonjudgmental, even being very short staffed she was cheerful and ensured I was sorted and now I can carry on with my holiday. Thank you Sophie, I'm surprised at the previous negative reviews as this is an essential service and I could not fault it.

This NHS service is a joke, I hope they get shut down and go back to GP surgery's.
What a waist of time and NHS money going on the drain.
Stuff it's very unprofessional and don't care a bit about the Patient, all they care about it's filling that paper work and asking all sorts of indecent questions, make the Patient feel like it's the last piece of trash.

Horrible experience. Removal of IUD was ok but after 2 years of having no periods and changing my gynaecologist I found out I got an iud in when I was supposed to have it out, means that I had a new one placed in without consent made not only physically but psychologically frustrated. Hope the place and doctors working there are reviewed by honest people who care 😡😡
