My dermatologist appointment was at 24th sep and she told me to change medicine given by Gp which was making my condition worst and prescribed other medicine. After one week dermatologist send me prescription and I personally submitted prescription . After one week of submitting prescription also they have not sent my prescription to my pharmacy .Really they don’t think about patients ..Waiting for my antibiotics from almost 20 days ..

Today's experience with the receptionists was so much better than when I came here about a year ago. Well done, and thanks

A year ago the receptionists' behaviour was very poor eg they didn't acknowledge you in anyway, they wouldn't look at you while talking, while waiting you had no idea whether the receptionist was about to see to you or not so you couldn't tell whether you were in the right queue or not, etc etc

But as I say the receptionists are so much better today

Telling the patient it's their fault if they die abroad, if they lose their emergency asthma inhaler being prescribed, no backup allowed. I was born with asthma, they can't find my records, test results show I'm normal, because symptoms inconsistent, 10 years later no solution, still having to call 999/111 or go A&E during attack when emergency inhaler run out.

7 March 2024
- Took 14 phone calls at 8am (that auto-hang up after 3mins) to speak to receptionist, coughing blood need emergency asthma inhaler, nurse will call you in few hours? 6 hours later, still nothing
6 March 2024
- Took 10 phone calls at 8am (that auto-hang up after 3mins) to speak to receptionist, was told wrong info (expect call 10-3, actually pre-5pm), doctor was pleasant
July 2021
- Got thru via phone immediately, repeats & email all done in 1min
Past few yrs
- On hold 40m during peak times
- Missed news back RE results/referrals, delayed treatment months
- Had to come in blood-stained clothes for doctor to be convinced I couldn't work few days

They open up exactly at 8am and start registering patients. Great! However, blood tests are supposed to start at 8:30am but they happen to be running late almost every time I use their service (e.g. today they started to call patients in at 8:50am) When I approached the receptionist and asked why it hasn’t started yet she became a bit defensive and gave some lame explanation in a sense ‘it is late because there’s a delay’. When I finally entered the room I’ve noticed that the clock on the wall wasn’t working. The flebotomist explained that it has been like this for a year… 😳 I do hope that the reason they keep running late is less trivial than this… I wish I didn’t need to provide such an unflattering review.
Flebotomist herself was friendly and professional.

Rude and dismissive receptionists. I am appalled by their attitude, I am almost certain they have taken a course in how to be as rude as possible whilst working on this job. They do not acknowledge you on arrival, even if you go up to the desk, the least they could do is say ‘bear with me a moment’ or ‘my colleague will see to you’ but nothing. They will mutter under their breath if you are late, but there is no consequence for being late. What is the point in saying something but have nothing to say afterwards. Disgusting behaviour.

I have been going to this place for bloods for some time, my mother also has and has the same concerns. The reception staff are incredibly rude and dismissive, you can stand for 45 mins while they are talking, will not acknowledge you, and speak to everyone as if we have a hearing impairment, also they do not greet you they just look at you. Please employ approachable, professional, upbeat and polite staff, these ladies look like they have had enough of life. A daunting experience to visit this place.

Fatima, the phlebotomist, was absolutely exceptional when she worked with my sister. Her expertise and gentle demeanor put my sister at ease during what could have been a stressful experience. Fatima’s precision and professionalism were evident throughout the procedure, making it quick and virtually painless. We are truly grateful for her outstanding care and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of phlebotomy services.

Just bad. We early for our appointment and after 30minutes nobody bother themself to see us. Our baby 9weeks old. If we late they gonna cancel our appointment and give us a penalty. But when the GP do the same nothing happen. The GP doesn't respect our time. I will make a formal complain to the Ombudsman
