Like an upscale private clinic but far too many paper notices and signs stuck on every available surface. So many instructions that you can't read any of them like don't sit here, do stand there, this is not the so and so clinic. It would benefit from a really good clean up of the walls to stop this awful mess and rely on signs that the architects designed. The general manager was presumably permitted to cover their own bedroom walls with posters as a child. It is a hideous mess and soils an otherwise well planned health centre Time to grow up and tidy up.

Been here today with my husband. Most impressed by the beautiful modern building. Just wished we lived close enough to always use the facilities, if needed. Everyone we saw from the receptionist to the Doctor were first class. Many thanks.

The building is lovely, open plan waiting area, with corridors in 3 directions, one for blood tests, one for physiotherapy and the other, well, I dont know, the building is just a glorified Dr surgery!! They tore down 2 buildings that you could see many different specialists at, built the health centre telling everyone that everything from the 3 previous sites would be there, but EVERY TIME I have had a letter come through about seeing a specialist, I have had to find someone to drive me the 20+ miles to West Suffolk Hospital, when the health centre is a 10 minute walk away!!

Clean modern environment with a very professional friendly team of staff. Its great to go where everything is under one roof. If any of our family have needed to be seen out of hours by an emergency doctor it has been most convenient to go here instead of having to drive all the way to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury.

Had a blood test here a few months ago after being referred by Hardwicke House. It's smart enough with polite staff, but it's a pity it's not really big enough to provide for a 'walk in' facility to the whole Sudbury community. Of course, they would probably be swamped. Shame though, as doctor's appointments can be difficult to obtain and if you need to be seen asap, and aren't registered with their Siam surgery, then it means a trip to Colchester or Bury St Edmunds.

Our wonderful clean modern local health facility! But don't go for blood testing of Parathyroid Hormone. They don't do it there as it needs to be taken straight to the West Suffolk lab. Go to West Suffolk Hospital for blood tests for PTH.

Had a very good experience today, didn't get the phlebotomists name but she was wonderful, so gentle, it was pain free. They're doing such a wonderful job Thank You. 🙂
