I wanted to say thank you to you all. You have been amazing. Your service has been fast, professional, approachable and efficient. You have gone above and beyond to provide my daughter with a carefully considered diagnosis and set of recommendations to assist her with her GCSE exams. Thank you so much for your help with her school and guiding us all through what is required to apply the recommendations. The team here has been incredibly professional and genuinely dedicated to helping my daughter. My daughter has struggled with her studies in school for the past several years, and the senior psychologist fully understood this and provided our family with empathetic and professional support. The assessment process at the centre was conducted professionally, and I was more than happy for my daughter to complete the assessment with the senior psychologist. I had the option to fast track the assessment and I am very happy that I did this.
