Due to an unexpected family emergency we needed to travel to the USA on a very short time frame. Su was extremely responsive and helpful to provide the necessary Covid tests to travel. Su is very efficient and helpful. She provided a pre-flight test for my daughter and, later, day two tests for my wife and me. Booking was easy and the test process was made as pleasant as can be. I made a call in desperation to Su when it transpired that our Covid tests to comply with the quarantine requirements for return from travel (ordered from the government approved list) were never going to be delivered to us. Her response was immediate, informative, reassuring and the epitome of helpfulness at every stage...so much so that we met all the deadlines for the tests and were released from quarantine within the time frame expected. Su was even generous enough not to bill for her services until we had been refunded by the credit card company. Now that is someone with integrity! Thank you, Su, we're most grateful

We were oversees and returning to the UK and needed Day 2 tests to be pre booked before we travelled. After a bad experience with another provider, we contacted Su and she was a breath of fresh air. We booked our returning traveller Day 2 PCR tests with Su and found the whole process very easy. Su responded very quickly to all our questions via email and gave us total confidence that we could rely on her for the testing service we had purchased. Once back in the UK we went to Su's clinic in Wantage for our appointment where she collected the samples. We had our results 24 hrs later. Su was great and made sure the whole process was efficient and seamless. Thank you Su for great service.

Su was able to accommodate a relatively last minute PCR package (including Test and Release) for my parents who were over in the UK to celebrate two weddings. My wife and I have used SKC and Su several times for pre and post travel COVID tests. Service is always impeccable and pricing is in line with the lower end of the market rates we see. Very good value. Su is extremely proactive and responsive and everything is on time and stress free. This is the least stressful part of our current travel experience and I would unhesitatingly recommend Su and SKC.

I went to Su for the 2 Covid tests on returning from an amber country, as well as the TTR. The reception staff and Su couldn't have been more friendly. Su was professional and made the tests as quick as possible! Apart from a slight delay in receiving the day 2 results (due to Royal Mail, not Su), the service was very quick and efficient. I received the results from my TTR at around 3pm on day 6; Su had warned me that it wasn't the same-day service. I would thoroughly recommend Su to anyone needing to do any Covid tests.
