I was so nervous before booking my appointment with Elena, I am a really anxious person and wound myself up worrying a week before! I wad put at ease the moment I entered the salon and reassured. The salon is clean and welcoming and Elena was lovely and very professional! Elena talked me through everything that would happen, the pain, the aftercare and put my mind at rest. I had a fine line tattoo and my brows done and i am inlove with them! They have healed perfectly and I will definitely go back to Studio Novo in the future.

Elena is so lovely and puts you at ease instantly. Her salon is very clean and would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for semi permanent make up to use her. She has done such a fabulous job of my eyebrows and lips, completely brightened up my face. She used colours that really suit my skin tone. She always checked I was comfortable and if I needed any extra numbing cream etc. She answered any questions I had; whilst I was there and even when I was at home and needed to text her! Such a kind, lovely lady who has done a superb job, I will definitely be going back!

I could not be happier with the treatment I received today from Elena!
I visited El'Sthetica lounge for permanent make up on my lips.
Throughout the whole procedure El remained professional and it is very clear to see she takes real pride in her work.
The studio was spotlessly clean and I felt very welcome.
Before my procedure Elena spoke through everything thoroughly with me and answered any questions I had about the medical form, procedure and aftercare.
I was involved in every part of decision making throughout the procedure and Elena constantly made sure I was comfortable and happy.

The results I have come away with today are amazing and I'm so happy with my lips. Elena is a true perfectionist and I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
I'll definitely be visiting again!

Elena was amazing was worried being fair that the wouldn’t suit or would look obvious but from start to finish she made sure I was happy with shape and colour and checking pain levels adding extra numbing when needed. I didn’t find the eyebrows painful but had eyelash enhancement aswell(different sessions) and that was tolerable pain levels.
Would definitely recommend.

First impression of the studio is that it’s spotlessly clean , Elena makes you feel so relaxed straight away and knows her stuff! From start to finish Elena takes you through everything that she is going to do, I’ve had tattoos done before so I went with out anaesthetic and was surprised I could barely feel her tattooing me. I had hardly any eyebrows before and have had so many compliments on how natural they look since I’ve had them done I would now never be with out them. I was so worried about having them done but Elena Is brilliant I would definitely recommend her 200%.

Botanical tattoo

Elena is professional and passionate about her work. I had a botanical tattoo done and she made me feel at ease and comfortable about the session.
Treatment room is immaculate. It is also private, just myself and Elena were in the room so I felt no discomfort.
The scetch was fully discussed and agreed prior to the session so no time was spent on choosing the right design on the day.
Elena took me through every stage of the treatment and aftercare.

She’s met my expectations and more....I love my new tattoo.

Elena is extremely talented and very knowledgeable at what she does. Any questions Elena will always answer them in great detail and every answer is said in honesty. From the second you walk in, you get a really professional and personal one on one experience, where you know you’re in safe hands. Not only whilst you are in your appointment session but when you leave, the aftercare is brilliant making you feel an extremely valued customer. I would absolutely recommend Studio NOVO.

Elena is a lovely, gently spoken lady. She offers expert advice, is beautifully professional and yet manages to make you feel like you're old friends! Her work is stunning and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my lips. Her studio is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering permanent makeup.
