The owner of this salon cut my 4 year old child’s hair (a basic trim) and i can only describe it as a complete hack job. She left a large section of her hair at the back uncut, it looked like she just forgot to cut that bit entirely. The rest of it was all choppy and uneven. I brought my child back to the salon the next day and a different hairdresser checked it out and agreed that there was parts not cut properly but that he would fix it. To my astonishment he actually cut it worse than the owner did originally! One side was longer than the other at the front and her whole head was just uneven, choppy and bluntly cut. I brought her to a different hairdressers who described the hair cut as “a bowl cut” they were shocked at how her hair had been cut. They were able to save it and done a good job however her hair is now up to her ears (it was shoulder length to begin with) when I contacted the owner of Studio 49, she didn’t seem to care that her and her colleague had ruined my child’s hair, twice! *** The owner actually blocked me on Facebook because I told her that I was going to leave a review about the terrible haircuts ***
