I came to Stroud Vision Centre after having problems with my eyes, and after having no luck with other high street opticians. They were extremely thorough in my eye test and really helped me get to the root cause of the problem. I am very happy with the glasses they have provided me, which have helped me a lot, and I am even happier with the outstanding service I have received every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are an excellent team.

Having tried most of the opticians in town with varying levels of success and with a marked deterioration in my eyesight, I decided to try Stroud Vision Centre and I have been hugely impressed. Everyone is very friendly and courteous, from the staff in reception to the opticians, and nothing is too much trouble. After some discussion I felt that varifocals were probably my best option and I was then helpfully advised on the best frame to suit both my face and the lenses I would need. A surprise bonus with the ones I chose was a pair of magnetic 'clip-on' shades, giving me sunglasses as well! I picked them up on Friday and I am absolutely delighted with them - I also seem to have been able to adapt very quickly to varifocals! I cannot recommend Stroud Vision Centre highly enough and they will be my opticians of choice from now on - my thanks to all the staff.

I visited Stroud vision centre , after having a not so good experience with Specsavers , my eye sight had deteriorated quite a bit over a year , and I wanted to go somewhere where they really put your eye care as a No1 priority.
Every single member of staff there was absolutely amazing , so friendly but professional, I felt so cared for as an individual. I'm now a proud owner of a pair of varifocals , it took me a bit of time to choose ... 25 pairs later, and I went back to the ones the lady recommended, I felt so at ease and was absolutely delighted with the service they provided and with my glasses , I can absolutely say without any doubt ,they will be my go to in future

Very friendly, patient and supportive staff. They did not mind at all that I took a long time to choose my frames and gave me the space and time I needed to be sure I chose the right ones for me, and I felt supported and assured as they were pleased to answer all my questions while i looked. They always do their best to give excellent customer service .
