Chris and team did an amazing job . From the first time he came out he gave clear advice, was very competitively priced and we liked that it was a local company. From order to fitting was days. A tricky staircase was no obstacle and the stairlift was fitted in less than a day. Chris took the time to show my mum how to use it before leaving. She is very happy and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Stroud Stairlifts fitted a stair lift into my parents house today, it was expertly fitted, he made sure that everyone knew how to use the lift and answered all mum's questions. From quote to fitting the communication was excellent, fabulous product, great service. I can't recommend them enough. Great price too. Its also a great comfort to know that if there are issues, they are only a phone call away and will come straight out to fix it.

I rang Chris on a Friday afternoon and 24 hours later he had met my Dad and fitted a stairlift.
Amazing service with such compassion and kindness, this has given Dad and us a huge piece of mind that he is now able to get up and down the stairs safely.
Chris was informative and knowledgeable, he wasn't pushy, he presented us with the facts and answered all our questions.

Stroud Stairlifts did an excellent job of installing a stairlift for my Mum and Dad. THey were quick and tidy and explained everything really clearly to Mum and Dad. They very kindly came back to install the grabrail, when Dad stopped them doing it on installation day. He didn't realise what was included. They totally understood the situation and were brilliant about it. I can't thank them enough. Small locally company with lovely staff who make a real difference to peoples lives.
