Olly is a friendly and knowledgeable therapist. He helped me to understand why I was experiencing persistent pain and restricted movement in my arm and shoulder six months after an injury. There had been no recent improvements and I was not feeling optimistic about a full recovery. Olly created a detailed exercise program, specifically to meet my needs, with useful videos for reference. He provided regular and encouraging support by text. The pain gradually decreased over the weeks, until my arm and shoulder were able to function fully again without any discomfort. I fully recommend.

I have nothing but praise for Olly's approach to sports injury rehabilitation. I had what I thought was an intractable problem with damage to my rotator cuff and didn't think I would be able to carry on with pole fitness. His process is very holistic, tackling both the psychological and physical impacts of injury and healing, and the exercises he gave me to do at home after our consultation and a deep tissue massage, helped me to regain mobility and strength in the affected area to the extent that I returned to pole within a month after six months off. He is also a thoroughly nice chap!

I visit Olly a few months ago having ongoing 'tight shoulders' and calves from horse riding. I was immediately impressed by Olly's professionalism and knowledge. He made me feel at ease straight away.

Olly works in a garden studio - peaceful & tranquil, it feels like a real retreat from the business of life!

As for the massage, they are the best I've had. Olly works with me to understand how best to help and it's one of the only massages I've had when I've come away feeling a difference!
