Amazing management! Brilliant workplace that teaches everything you need to know for the role as well as confidence, boundaries and tons more. The best role I have had. I have worked here for three years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Management go above and beyond and truly make the service a home. The staff currently there are second to none, professional, friendly and above all caring. I have worked in other mental health services and none come close to Stride Bridlington. Well done Stride!!!!
