A very disappointing experience, the receptionist showed zero sympathy for a someone who was crying in front of her.
I requested a repeat prescription and got rejected due to their system saying the doctor has given me two month prescription. I told her I was only provided prescriptions for one month, and was told that she would call me later.
However, she never called me back.

I needed a new referral because the Doctor who sent the original one was incompetent as she completed it incorrectly.

Once I spoke to Miss Reda Baltuskaite, she listened, she was kind and helpful. She took action to resolve my predicament by speaking to another Doctor who did the referral correctly.

I have spoken to Reda before and she has always given me a positive and outstanding service. Not only does she use her initiative to resolve issues, she also follows up on the matter to make sure I am always satisfied. I am honestly impressed with Reda's professionalism.

to be honest, I personally do not rate the surgery highly in terms of overall ''good service'', however an employee like Reda has helps my experience to be positive - as she does her role exceptionally well!

I am very disappointed. I am a student and the student finance department wants a letter from my GP to pay me the money I am owed. No matter how many times I call, try to book an appointment online and go in person, they have repeatedly mocked me. They have not even responded to my messages. To me this is unprofessional and irresponsible. I have to take 2 student finance so far. This is not permissible.

The registration experience was very quick and straightforward, and medical records from my previous Surgery were automatically transferred over. I recieved the Registration Confirmation email on the same day.

I am logging this complaint for my experience over the past week. I contacted my GP last Tuesday about sudden unusual stomach pain which wasn’t going away. I then received a text back with an appointment for the following week. As my condition was more urgent than this, I called 111 who then sent me to urgent care. After a long and dissatisfying experience at urgent care, I was ultimately told to refer back to my GP. I submitted another online form the next day. I then called my practice where I was told that they couldn’t issue me an emergency appointment in order to get one I would have to call 111. Not only was this incorrect procedure but also a waste of time as 111 then had to walk me through the usual questioning before booking me in here that same day.

I heard back on my test results this that it was negative it was tested for. I am still in pain and the medication hasn’t been helping much, so I feel that I’m now back to square one. I submitted an online form outlining my concerns. I have not received any message, medical advice or help, only a text referring to my original follow up appointment. This is not helpful because 1. What am I supposed to do about ongoing pain until then? I haven’t been able to go to work because of my discomfort 2. At the bare minimum I could have been given some clarity on my test results.

I feel like my actual concerns and physical health are not being taken into consideration or listened to, I’m just being booked it at the earliest convenience to the practice and then offered no support in between. Yes, I could go to urgent care again but based on my condition and my experience last time they’re just going to end up referring me back to the practice again. I’m at a loss of what to do and being stuck in this condition is beginning to affect my mental health.

I have had lots of issues with this place over the years, I could literally write a book. But the last encounter at the beginning of September deserve my review. My daughter get ill. She have had horrible chesty cough for few weeks and it was impossible to get to anyone. Only online appointment until finally they transfer me to pharmacy, I really do not know why, as lady there asked me what I want her to do. Me? I am not a doctor. Then she suggested antibiotics, so I asked her if she knows over the phone if it is virus or bacteria, that she want prescribe antibiotics without seeing her. In the end she admitted I was right and transfer her back as GP should check her chest and see the throat (it is a minimum which they should do). No contact since then, despite I have been there and asked for someone to see her. Very pretentious lady said it is not urgent...
Wonder for what I am paying taxes...

End of story is that 6 weeks later, private visit and £ spend, my daughter is fine.

Unprofessional.
