Unfortunately, they have no regard for patients' time and consistently fail to keep appointment schedules. A 30-minute delay is the norm. They simply recommend taking paracetamol, but when I visited a private doctor the next day, I was immediately prescribed two antibiotics.☹️☹️☹️

Was called in for yearly flu vaccine. Went to appointment with Dr Gupta had my vaccine now already for the winter. As always never felt a thing. Absolutely brilliant 😊

The receptionist are rude no empathy or sensitivity. The appointments system is absolutely disgusting will call at 8.30 15 people in the queue you have to wait until those patients finish and when you get through appointments are gone same routine the next day taken me 3 weeks for an appointment. Placing a major complaint about the system and not so empathic reception

So disappointed today at the level of care from the nurse. My son was due his 8 week jabs I was really nervous, the nurse was so rude, no empathy at all had no interest in talking through what was going to happen. Didn’t wear gloves which I thought was unhygienic. I won’t be returning for his next set. Do not use this practise if you are thinking of having a baby, no regard for baby or you. Extremely disappointed.
