Absolute five stars. Everything was fantastic from the welcome at reception to my consultation with Ben. He was the consummate professional. Patient, informative with excellent interpersonal skills and was very ably assisted by Shannon who was friendly and notably proficient. I cannot recommend Stradbrook highly enough!

My partner had a wisdom tooth removal (14.02.2025) by one of the surgeon's and from the moment we stepped into the surgery it felt very hostile and not very welcoming. My partner was very nervous and asked for numbing gel to which he went really? and reluctantly put some on. They did not explain what they were doing to him at all which made it even worse. When the procedure was over we left with minimal post op instructions and they did not even wait for him to stop bleeding before we were out the door. He continued to bleed for 7 hours afterwards not just a little dribble either it was thick bright red blood to which we then ended up in A&E where my partner was diagnosed with sepsis where the socket was not cleaned out properly!! And he should’ve been prescribed some antibiotics due to the sheer volume of infection left over.

Ridiculously overpriced, and they seem to just rush through the appointment which led to the dentist not telling me about 2 fillings I needed to have done, despite me paying for X-rays. Have since moved to a different dentist and for 1/2 the price, I’m getting proper treatment and respect.

Just had an implant done by Mr Haswell, whole procedure was pain free and I would recommend anyone requiring implants to go to Stradbrook, all the staff are friendly and put you at ease and Mr Haswell is very professional and knows his stuff, I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental treatment
