Absolute disgrace with the way they’ve treated my parents. My dad has cancer and needs Vitamin D. He has been waiting over 5 weeks to receive them for. The doctor. They also claimed they don’t do blood tests at the surgery, after I went into the Surrey to discuss this they suddenly did do blood tests. Reception staff need retraining on how to speak to patients with respect. We will be looking into changing our doctors soon. I couldn’t recommend this doc to any lower

Has turned around drastically and I have found all the Dr's very understanding and the staff are all very professional and helpful. I have never had any problem with getting an appointment and any referrals have been quickly dealt with. I'm pleased to be a patient of this medical centre.

Happy with the practice. Have managed to get appointments and the practice which have been very good in certain matters and pro active. The staff I’ve seen have always felt like they’re there to listen and the nurse is lovely too. The reception staff have been friendly and helpful.

My baby was very unwell, was expecting a call from the doctors. That never happened, when I called again the manager said there was nothing they could do. Even though they have a duty of care. He ended up in Russell’s hall hospital that night no thanks to this surgery. I will be writing a formal complaint. The reception staff are incredibly rude also always have been, I’ve had the phone put down on me in the past. The doctors you’ll see someone new every time and most of them haven’t got a clue. Dr Tank is the only decent one.

Kind and Understanding GP -
Saw a lovely GP yesterday, very thorough and understanding while dealing with a difficult conversation. Could not have been treated better. Carried out lots of tests & asked lots of questions and discussed the probable diagnosis in a calm manner. She referred for further tests which is a relief that the matter is now being investigated fully.
