I have just had the best medical attention EVER at Stour Surgery Christchurch, Friendly staff, absolutely amazing attention during my appointment, nothing seemed to be too much trouble and let's face it we all know the pressure the Doctors and Nurses are under in NHS GP practices.

I’ve had so many changes to my designated GP till my dermatology issue and referral was compromised. I’ve been to see my GP early June 2024 and until today I’m left without proper updates or guidance on when can I check my skin for cancer. I was even given wrong information when I called the surgery earlier today. Utterly disappointing and let down on care as well as follow ups!

Been going to Stour Surgery every day for about 2-3 weeks due to needing dressing redone by the nurses. The nurse team have been phenomenal and so friendly and professional. Really appreciated everything they have done. Thank you

A really good practice where patient care comes first. They have consistently and efficiently looked after me since moving to this area five years ago. I have seen a number of different doctors and nurses over that time and they have all without exception been marvellous. My latest issue being quickly and competently sorted in under two weeks including ultrasound at Christchurch hospital - I cannot praise them highly enough thank you so much! (Huge thanks to Dr Rosie Green in particular)

Phoned the surgery at 08.30, phone answered immediately by a pleasant and helpful receptionist. Given a call back half an hour later. Appointment made to see paramedic an hour after that. Arrived at the surgery and was seen immediately. Diagnosed and medication prescribed, which I picked up at on-site chemist. Fantastic service.

This surgery is so good. My wife had a bad knee earlier this week and we got to see a physio for an assessment the same day. Then my daughter had a chest infection and we saw a nurse within a hour of calling. You hear such horror stories in the press about wait times but this place is golden. Lucky to be near it!
