Very sad to say, despite a positive start (five years ago), we had a very bad experience at Stockdales with our daughter. When we saw and reported poor care, we were met with denial and resistance at all levels. We finally moved our daughter out of Stockdales this summer (2024) after an unexplained injury and after making two external safeguarding complaints. Management have still
maintained that they are not responsible for any of the issues and have tried to redirect blame onto family ever since causing direct detrimental effects on our daughter who is a vulnerable adult. Pls note how old the majority of other reviews are.

The people that this charity look after are always dressed well. Clean and happy. This charity go above and beyond to look after the guys they support the staff are genuine and happy. The place seems clean and they do alot of in house and out of house activities x
