Absolutely useless. Not very often I go to the doctor but when I do I've let disappointed. I went a couple of years ago and they sent me to the wrong surgery and then this time I turned up at 1:30 and they said I should have been there at 1:10. I phone them in the morning to confirm the time as well. I cannot handle incompetence. I had to leave work early as well so lost money. Pathetic

The staff and doctors here are very bad. It’s harder to make an appointment than anything else. Even if the appointment is made, you will be told that it’s okay. You can’t get the medicine for a few days after prescribing it. The staff here treats people from other countries. Very unfriendly, racially discriminatory,

I'm a little peeved with these guys at the moment. I understand this covid has people a little narked but after 3 month and 4 phone calls I eventually got seen. The staff where very rude, the doctor fobbed me off to Hull and the medication I was given went out of circulation in march 2019. Overall opinion is the don't care at all.

Receptionists will just lie to you about your prescriptions being ready when they weren’t made in the first place. Absolutely atrocious staff, clearly understaffed and incompetent
