For some it might be fantastic. For me it's been closed for two years and has failed miserably at offering the services it bid for. Staff don't seem to be educated in what they are employed to do. Being laughed at ebcuase I asked for help to fill in a form shows they have little understanding. It's like most large charities. All speak and little action. However for soem stuff they are amazing but it's not them doing the course but outside groups. Today I went to the men's group and they still got covid rules from 2 years in place when the rest of society has moved forward. My general opinion is most staff and service users are fantastic. The services offered were great but as usual it slowly gets to the state there is no purpose to go. Bit odd that a lot of the groups had to meet up outside of the wellbeing to get what they needed.
