I did a HOPE group course at Step One. I feel really fortunate to have gone on it, the therapy guides were great, it's a lovely clean and bright building, and I met some really nice people. The sessions were a mix of discussions, workshops and guided meditations. I found the course really helpful and would 100% recommend to anyone having mental health difficulties.
