If you’re thinking of seeing a women’s health physiotherapist then I highly recommend booking to see Claire. She is friendly, extremely knowledgable and professional and she puts you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I saw her after the birth of my first baby and she’s been instrumental in giving me the confidence to get back into exercise safely and help with my recovery. I attended with my baby each time and she was so accommodating with this when he was being fussy or needed feeding etc, I never felt rushed and she always let me comfort and attend to my baby if needed and then carry on the session. The sessions have been lovely and I’ll actually be sad not to see her anymore! She is fantastic. Thank you again for everything Claire.

Clare Stay is an incredible Physio, highly recommend her. She is a true expert and has really helped me overcome a running injury and more recently bad posture from too much home working! II fractured my tibia and fibula in an accident last November and I knew I would need a good physiotherapist because I had to have a plate and two screws fitted luckily, I came across Clare on google. She has encouraged me from my very first visit in January the day after my plaster was removed and a boot went on for a further 6 weeks. I was worried that because of my age (68) I wouldn’t be as mobile as I had before, but Clare’s positive attitude gave me hope from day one. As well as my physio she also gave me exercises to do at home and sent me off determined to get better. Over the time I have had ups and downs, but my weekly visits were the very tonic I needed to keep me on track, my husband said I came out a different person. I am now walking as far as I did before my accident, and I put that down to Clare. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing physiotherapy she has been my rock. She is now helping me with pelvic floor exercises which I had worried about before but didn’t know where to go. Thank you Clare!

I contacted Clare as my 90 year old mum had been in agony for a week and had long term pain from a hip replacement. She'd been unable to lay down and sleep in her bed and was sleeping in her recliner chair.

NHS physio had basically done anything concrete to support her.

Clare has made 3 home visits and worked her magic , my mum is much more mobile ( even going up and down stairs now ) and back sleeping comfortably in her bed .

Claire has changed my life!!

I had stress incontinence, been suffering for more than 5 years, it got really bad when I had a cold, literally getting dressed, walking down the stairs, cough or sneeze and straight back up stairs to change my whole bottom half… I became the family joke!

The Drs said it was a op, I didn’t want the op as I know people who it’s made life worse in different ways.

I googled it and found Claire, she talked me through over the phone what was going to happen at my first appointment. She put me at ease. After the first session and homework I made a vast improvement, I think I had 4 sessions in all and my life has changed.

I can trust myself to sneeze, run and laugh.
