Do batistas at Starbucks just write whatever the heck they like about customers on the cups now?

I ordered a drink at this Starbucks shop at Frankfurt airport and unlike any other shops I've visited where the staff would ask for your name to mark it on the cup, the guy who took my order wrote "KiDS" on my cup. Not only does it feel odd the fact that I'm not a kid but I am a petite Asian, it also feels very much disrespectful.

Wanted to try pumpkin spice latte and it actually decent not as good as I expect the hype was all about but was in the area and it was fall season so was super happy on getting one!! Now I know pumpkin might be my taste but it wasn't bad! Took the classic pumpkin spice latte and service was good long wait but ofc a lot of people wanna get their starbucks ✨🐂☕

I had an americano here, it was not good the taste was very burned/smoked.

A normal Starbucks located near check in counter. (I guess there is no Starbucks here once you go in)
I was here around 11am and this shop was very busy.

I’m just a bit surprised they don’t serve tall size here? And the plug seem to be not working bear my table so I could not charge my phone.

Typical small Starbucks place at the huge Frankfurt airport, Terminal 1. Not many people when I was there, around 9 in the morning. Quality of my Pumpkin Spice was as usual.

I have been to many stabucks around the world, and this is undoubtedly one of the worst starbucks I have ever encountered. i did not expect to find such a bad starbucks in Frankfurt.
They do not have ice. Only hot drinks are available while it’s 30 degrees celcius outside.
The seats are limited and look very old and ugly. The cake display looks worse than convenience store.
