Such a mixed bag of experiences with this surgery over the years, with some doctors being fantastic and others just not bothered. The nurses The thing that makes it a really poor experience time and time again is some of the reception staff. Rude and unhelpful. We don't call the practice because we want to waste your time but because of genuine medical needs. Treat your patients with some respect please.

Absolutely abysmal treatment here. So gutted I was with this practice at the start of my current health crisis because they were no help. Dr Simpkin failed to pick up on a condition I have despite me booking an app to test for it and showing many of the symptoms in said appointment. That condition has now made my health so bad and ruined my life. If I had been treated for it early on when I originally sought help it probably wouldnt have got this bad. Now with Charter medical who are amazing and have finally got me the right tests and put me on meds. Had bad experiences with 2 other doctors here too. Avoid avoid avoid.

I am sorry to say that this practice is no help if you are in pain. You might get a phone appointment two months later. How is that ok ?
The receptionist Audrey had no empathy and when I tried to consider my options she rushed me to choose as she had other callers.
It felt like she just wants her day to be over and showed no care towards the patient.

I'm always so impressed with the standard of care here. The receptionists are helpful and compassionate. The clinical care is excellent. My child was seen for her ear infection 2 hours after I called. I am very grateful for the service you provide under very difficult circumstances.

I have just visited the centre and When I arrived, the reception staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. My first appointment was with the nurse, Sarah Meacock, and she was very reassuring and really lovely. I then saw Dr Sadek who took the time to listen to me. I felt he was genuinely interested in helping . Thanks to all the staff.

Probably the best run surgery I’ve been to. Never had a problem getting an appointment, and they have several helpful options now. Online access, telephone appointments and can often get same day face to face if deemed necessary and they have a spare slot. Also the receptionists are really nice and helpful
