Only ever get an assessment & never any treatment.
Another waste of NHS money to massage the figures without actually providing any assistance.
My advice, don't bother wasting your time, look elsewhere for help.

Dreadful. First time the lady was feeding her cat in the background and tidying her house. Second time told them everything was waiting for complex care then discharged from the service and told to use the autism service, they knew nothing about it. How hard it is to get help for OCD and anxiety? Never again don't waste your time it's more stressful than it's worth

Very good service. I have had excellent support from Keven and Tony who have listened to me, empathised, and provided both practical help and knowledgeable advice. Communication has been prompt, and any signposting for more specific advice has been very helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, you are supported as a person and not just a ‘number’! Thank you 🙏🏻

Was rushed on the phone like I don't need to be reminded every godamn 10 seconds that you are "rushing for time" even though u had 20 mins left and called me late. So don't rush me to move onto your nxt phone call, then I got cut off halfway through because your "supervisor" was calling you. Like wow. They can wait...Yeh she was emphatic but whole service was lost when that happened, don't rush someone on the phone, are u on target or something during these emotional times Also you told me to seek support from GP, what?/ They are the ones who reffered me to you. So wth, u best off helping yourself guys instead of reaching out. At one time she told me "I'll be typing while you are talking, it doesn't mean in not listening to you" whatever, because while I was talking, your reply was hmm, and then carried on saying whatever you wanted to say. RUDE and DISMISSIVE

Such a poor service. I self referred via my doctor months ago. Had a phone assessment and the lady said she'd taken it to her meeting on the Monday to see how they could help. Nothing for weeks now. You'll be suicidal before you get contact from these guys.
