I relocated in 2009 and registered with St Wulfstan Surgery then. I was impressed back then and my opinion continues to grow. No long waits for appointments. All members of staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Online services work brilliantly. Repeat Medication is issued without any delay. I’ve never had difficulties getting an appointment within appropriate timescales. Care, concern and thorough examinations are consistently provided during appointments and administrative staff are knowledgeable and helpful

I cannot fault St Wulfstan Surgery Southam. I have been a patient at St. Wulfstan since it opened and dispite Dr's retirements and and an increase in patients they still have the same high standard. I have been able to book an appointment within a day or two of trying or even the same day when needed. The Dr's are always knowledgeable and listen to all my concerns regarding my health. The receptionist are always very helpful whenever I have an occasion to phone them. The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly.

I was disappointed with the service during my appointment today. The nurse was aware it was my first blood test and didn’t do much to make me feel comfortable. First she couldn’t find the vein so jabbed around a bit to find it the third time which has now caused bruising. I also started to feel really dizzy faint and sick and she just offered me some water rather than something sugary as she knew I hadn’t eaten and I had two viles of blood. Hasn’t left me with a great experience.

I've recently joined St Wulstan's and have been very impressed by my first 2 visits. Reception staff are warm and helpful, easy to book an appointment and both the Dr and nurse I've seen have been really nice. I felt listened to by Dr Giles and put at ease by the nurse. Thank you!

Brilliant
All staff are friendly and helpful - I was there to see a Phlebotomist who took bloods without causing any pain and again, was extremely friendly.

Relocation due to a poor service. St Wulfstan have excelled in everything so far. Transition was fault less. Appointments were quick. Communication is brilliant.
