I agree with other reviews…. Awful signs of bullying and lack of respect for patients, their choices and their privacy at this surgery.
Some of the receptions are very rude and don’t seem to realise they are there to help poorly and vulnerable people. Prescription requests missed or misread causing delays in medication. Stressful and chaotic.

Had such a lovely appointment with nurse Nina last week. She was so efficient, thorough and covered a lot in the time she had booked, whilst making me feel very important, as well as at ease.
Have seen Katherine too previously who is equally a great nurse. Thank you for your care! I appreciate your professionalism as well as your manner 😊

if i could give zero stars, i would!!!!!!!
my dad was diagnosed with laryngitis at this doctors for almost a year, when in actual fact he had cancerous tumors growing in his throat. my dad passed on 05/06/24. maybe with a bit more care and consideration, it would have been caught sooner, and his outcome may have been different. but unfortunately, i lay the blame completely on this surgery.

Extremely slow at anything admin related. Actual medical service is fine, but would still recommend going to a different practice if possible.

Best surgery by far! The drs are brilliant, especially Dr Nash! Always had very positive experiences with all reception staff, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and have never failed to book me an appointment wether that’s on the day or for the future.

Despite the narrative of not being able to get appointments you hear about all the time from people or in the media. I have consistently been able to get a same day appointment when I have called, receptionists on phone are polite and professional. Easy parking and easy to navigate appointment check in machine, and spacious clean waiting room. Recommend the surgery to anyone in the area.

My partner has a repeat prescription with this practice and on multiple occasions it has been delivered late causing gaps in the medication - this is specifically should be avoided on this medication. 3 times now this has happened and in this final instance we have made multiple phone calls, each time being assured immediate dispatch only to find this has not been done. Currently we are out of medication with no assurances so I therefore must strongly advise people against using this practice.

I've had a very good experience with this surgery. When comparing this surgery with other ones out of the area, they score highly in my eyes and I believe they're doing their very best in a changing NHS landscape.
