Getting to where you need van be confusing as its a shared building with leisure center, recrption for heath center is on 1st floor but your appointment could be on another floor and theres no reception on other floors to let them know your there. Also accessible toilets are not so easy to get to and not all floors have them when they could easly have them as the toilets on other floors are large enough.

Took Mum for her retinal screen appt. Not one space on the car park and nowhere to drop safely so had to add to the utter chaos by stopping to drop her off which takes some time as she has mobility issues.I parked elsewhere and ran back to help her negotiate the considerable walk to the retinal clinic on the second floor. The majority of people attending this clinic are aged and many infirm so why it is so far from the entrance is a mystery. There were no wheelchairs to be found and I witnessed 2 other older ladies really struggling with the walk. The toilet near the clinic has no grab rails and is low down so poor Mum had the indignity of needing help- again…when the service is used mostly by the elderly why no grab rails? When it came to picking her up she had a long wait outside while I negotiated half of the town due to the new road system. Thankfully it wasn’t raining. This is not a suitable building for people with mobility problems. However, the lady doing the slit lamp tests is the most loveliest of ladies and an utter treasure to the service.

Multi-function building housing pool and gym facilities, medical practices and a health centre. It’s a little difficult to navigate and the lifts are very slow. However, the biggest problem is the lack of adequate parking space. Lots of cars circulating the loop looking for a space. Most of the parking spaces are too narrow. Park for free across Church Street in the shopping centre but you risk a fine if overstaying.

Absolutely first-class care and service from the treatment room over the last six weeks. I can not fault them in any way. They have all been superb and a credit to the NHS. Thank you

Easy wheelchair access from the level car park right through the building.
(The hardest thing was trying to work out how to register my blue badge for the free parking !!! Lol)

What a useless pathetic excuse for a health service, I was slightly late for an appointment to get antibiotics for a bad chest infection, but the despicable woman on reception turned me away and said the doctor wouldn’t see me because was late. The waiting room was completely empty, nobody was in with the doctor, and nobody was waiting. This is the rediculous service I pay over £100 a week in national insurance contributions for. You aught to be ashamed of yourselves. NHS you are a national disgrace, and the waste of space old bag receptionist, karma is a biatch!

This is one of my regular places , for treatment, Shame about the lift's constantly not working. Called in today lift's working fine. Back in six weeks .By the way staff are fantastic. On my latest visit to level 6 we had a fun time pretending the lift was a rocket taking off for space, we safely landed at ground floor. You have to have some fun in your life.
