I thought I had already written a review for this practice, it must have been on another platform, so I am compelled to feed back immense gratitude to each and every GP, nurse and the reception staff for their outstanding care and courtesy to me. I have needed to depend on their care following difficult times in my personal life which has impacted my health and there has always been the utmost professionalism and empathy. I have been a patient since 2014, to have had such consistency of good care from a small GP practice has been a blessing, they are all wonderful.

Dr Eleanor Worthington( my named GP) and the reception staff are brilliant. I recently changed from another GP surgery. Even before I registered here, the staff were so helpful with all my queries. Registration took less than 48 hours. I am upset that I did not make the change sooner. After having had a few encounters over last few months, when I stepped out after my latest appointment recently, for the first time ever I thought to myself that I never want to leave this area/ postcode because I won’t get this standard of care elsewhere with my complex medical condition. This is the best thing I can say about this GP practice!

We have been very happy with this GP practice. Virtually all queries are answered promptly, same day appointment have almost always been available when necessary. Both reception and GPs have been very responsive to details of our requests. I strongly recommend them.

I've chosen this practice as it was one of the best rated on Google.
After visiting the practice for the first time I've absolutely fallen in love with the venue.
After being their patient for over a year now, I have to share that, on several occasions, 4 to be precise, I have been victim of discrimination and abuse.
Dirty looks, ignoring my greetings when entering the practice, inappropriate comments, gossiping, personal questions completely unrelated to my visit, rude sarcasm and mocking, to the extent of abuse when today one of the GP nearly ripped my jeans off when I was struggling to take them off myself.
The first 2 incidents happened with receptionists so even tho I was upset I've preferred to let go.
The 3rd time it happened with a doctor, I've told them that I would have had to complain if things wouldn't have changed so that's why I'm writing this review now.
Today the doctor that visited me made me feel scared, confused and unsafe and this is absolutely disgusting.
I'm sorry perhaps my expectations where little too high but this is an indecency.
I am still shacking after today's incident to the brink of bursting in tears.
SHAME ON YOU ALL expecially onto the doctors which must have forgotten their Hippocratic Oath.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.

I have been a patient of the wonderful, St Peters Medical centre for many years and cannot fault the exceptional care and attention I, and my family, receive. ALL of the staff, doctors, receptionists, nurses, health workers/support staff are professional, kind and caring. The practice has also supported me through 10 years of being a carer to elderly parents, plus the care we received during the pandemic was fantastic. They run the online Patchs system so well that we get instant replies and same day appointments, but also you can phone if you can’t use online. Quite simply, St Peter’s Surgery is a beacon of light and I cannot thank them enough for the empathy, compassion, dedication and care they deliver.

This is a proper family practice where the doctors know and care about all members of the family.
There is an amazing atmosphere of peace and kindness about the place, maybe partly because it is inside a beautiful old church, but mostly because of the empathetic attitude of all staff, including receptionists and nurses as well as the GPs.
In addition, I have found the doctors to be excellent diagnosticians and willing to refer on when needed.
