Hi
I'm not sure what's happening. It feels like discrimination. Last Friday, I tried to book an appointment because my child had a fever of 39 degrees for 4 days. The receptionist told me that's what pharmacies are for and refused to see me. I didn't know what to do; it was extremely stressful, causing me to lose sleep and drain my energy. This week, on 22/03/2024, after pre-registering by phone, when I attempted to check in for the doctor's appointment while waiting in line at the reception, I was 5 minutes late. The receptionist said my time slot had passed, and my child, in pain with half of their face swollen, had to return home. I don't know where to write because this is unacceptable. It's unclear what's going on, but it definitely has a significant impact on his health and perhaps even his life because if the swelling starts to choke him, it could be too late. Please help me figure out where to write to change this situation in the family center.
"I would also like to add that I don't have a car, and I'm walking with my child, who has a swollen face, in the cold, and the receptionist offers me to come back after the weekend.

It's filled with doctors and nurses, which is really handy if you're a poorly person. I am frequently a poorly person.

Saw a man, who was disabled, and was going in for a check up and the receptionists started to mock him. His hair, his clothes. his skin. It was extremely disgusting to see.

The wait times is appalling and once waited an hour and 45 minutes past the appointment time to have an injection that took 5 minutes.

If I could rate it less, I would.

I've had 8 fillings done from here (previous dentist didn't realise I needed them until it was too late) and in the past 2 years 4 of them have fallen out just through me eating! They already told me they made one filling necessarily large which would result in that tooth having to be removed in the future! I've had nothing but problems following their work which has resulted in me paying a lot to get it fixed since. Would not recommend at all!

Receptionists are rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful, dishonest and I’m truly surprised they are allowed to work there. You don’t fine this at private dr’s surgery but you do here. New staff required.

I was told you can walk in any day and resigeter with yhe surgery that is doing the take on service. Very unprofessional, the receptionist specifically at St Georges asked on front of the whole surgery why i needed to see a dr or nirse only to tell I am pregnant and she said oh no come back next Tuesday. Then why tell people they can register on the day. First pregnancy and this is how they treat you.

Trying to call to confirm an appointment after they sent my first letter out to the wrong address and failed to send the 2nd letter out to my current address and the phone is constantly disconnected.
