Absolutely wonderful service. The receptionist who shares my new years day birthday, was kind, efficient and just sorted me out. The GP phoned me very quickly, she listened and understood what worked in the past for a flare up and prescribed the medication, and understood that I felt so poorly a face to face would have been difficult to attend. She gave very good advice should I get worse. Thank you to all the staff there, first class.

Been living in St. Neots for over a decade, and through that time St Neots Health Centre has always been awful.

You have to phone at 8am when the phone lines open to even have a chance to get an appointment. Then 99% of the time, it's one of the following options:
Come to the drop-in clinic at 6pm
Go to AE if its urgent
Phone again tomorrow

It's so bad, that now I go private just in order to skip the GPs. When I do need to go (as instructed by my private healthcare) I just don’t bother.

Awful GP, last two times I’ve visited they completely misdiagnosed both myself and my daughter. I went with severe rib pain. Knew they were broken, “doctor” said it was a sprain and to “take deep breaths” then spent 5 min trying to google what deep heat was. Went to A&E, two broken ribs. Other was my 5 year old daughter, doctor said it’s either a viral infection or appendicitis and to “wait a couple of days and see if she gets worse” Went to A&E
due to appendicitis concern and was quickly diagnosed with acute tonsillitis and given antibiotics. And all of this is if you can navigate the rude reception staff.

Not even worth a 1 star rating. My father was told by a doctor last week that he had a suspected issue with varicose veins flare up due to extreme pain in leg. After my father told the doctor he was worried it was deep vein thrombosis she disregarded this and old him no no no repeatably .After a week of extreme pain we went to A and E and was told he had a blood clot from his ankle to his hip and he was lucky he went to hospital when he did leaving it any longer would of been fatal. Absolutely diabolical service and now they are refusing to call us back and speak to a senior doctor or management. I feel bad for the receptionists that have to do there dirty work. The doctor should be ashamed of themselves. A disgusting practice and even worse staff.

Not worth the funding. All GP’s across England are a waste of space and this one is no different. We cannot race the over populated country everyday for appointments to come in for care, we have jobs that need to pay the tax to run your shamble services. I may as well rub a crystal ball for medical care in England and see what mystic Meg thinks. I have had the misfortune of using 3 GP’s and NHS trust hospitals and they have all been complete trash. Can I have my money back so I can go private?

Terrible experience with one of the doctors here. Emailed to complain and the business manager has ignored both my messages now. I thought they were supposed to deal with your complaint. Guess that's why they have a requires improvement rating! Terrible doctors.

This review is specifically regarding I believe her name is Ana who regularly takes my blood. I have NEVER had someone who causes literally no pain and never misses my apparently hard to see veins!

If you are in any way scared on needles or pain then this is the lady you need!

The reception staff are also nice here. Doctor Bashir is a legend too! Other GP's being honest have for me not been so good, having twice not reviewed my history when making important decisions about how to proceed with my care (anaemia).

Over all not a bad doctors practice and one I will chose to remain at for sure.

This is the last time for me.. I called earlier this morning @ 8:00 and after getting through to someone i spoke to a lovely lady and all morning emergency spaces was booked and she advised me to walk in at 5:45. After getting there and waiting outside for half an hour I was 3rd in the queue, there was a male my age in front of me as I walk in I can feel the receptionist vibe wasn’t good but I was still kind. She was already trying to brush me off quick on her first question really didnt appreciate that, I was told there’s a minor in the queue would I be able to come back in the morning. Well of course I was going to let the minor get seen but Im in so much agony and pain I shouldn’t have made feel bad. I feel like I was a target and I get that most times I visit this medical center.. why didn’t the male in front of me get the same treatment as me? I’m really upset that I feel like I can’t go doctors and get seen without issues
