I have been with the practice for two years since moving to Ely and they are incredible. Whenever I have needed to be seen I have been or if it can be dealt with over the phone then great. I recently gave birth and they have prioritised my baby everytime I’ve had an issue and seen her on the day, all the drs are brilliant and the receptionists are lovely. The nurses and hcas etc are also amazing. I would highly recommend this surgery! They go above and beyond.

Great surgery - the best I've seen since moving to England 12 years ago! The staff are so lovely and helpful and the use of AskMyGP is revolutionary - it makes such a difference to not have to call at precisely 8 am and hope to get through for an appointment. After every interaction I've had with St. Mary's staff, I've felt the need to tell people just how great they are!

Having needed emergency medication for my child, the dispensary staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. They phone twice during the day to let me know what was happening. The staff are always friendly and go the extra mile. Great customer service

Having only just moved to the area, I registered with St Mary's surgery. I then called them on the Friday as I was struck by a virus. The receptionist was very helpful and organised a call back for me. I was given an appointment that day with a doctor who was excellent. Called again today as cough wouldn't go and was seen again and antibiotics given. Pharmacy excellent and very fast. I'd like to thank everyone I've spoken to at the surgery, very impressed.

The telephone system is desperately bad. Almost always a long wait, after a recorded greeting offering a service - Ask My GP - that does not cover all appointments. Then you wait! In my latest case, just over an hour, before I was cut off and redialled to be eleventh in the queue! In mitigation, the staff are, without fail, apologetic and most helpful. When you eventually get to speak to one!
Where you use 'Ask My Gp'. Excellent.

I cannot overstate the kindness and helpfulness of the team at St Mary’s Surgery. I have never had a problem accessing support for me or my children. I have had only very positive experiences with fantastic nurses and brilliant GPs and I always feel my family are in skilled and safe hands. Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic surgery! It was good prior to its refurbishment but since reopening, the surgery has a welcoming feel and is organised, staff are incredibly friendly and patient, booking system is good (yes it can be busy and you have to get in quick but where isn’t busy nowadays) and I am really impressed with the way it’s being run.

Our choice of family GP.
Every NHS business is suffering as a result of post-pandemic issues and the surgery is no different.
They strive to help all their patients and I agree, at times trying to get an appointment can be frustrating but the staff are also under pressure.
Give them a break and be patient, getting mad or annoyed at the reception staff is unfair, they haven't created the problems with the NHS but they are trying to help you. I was even called in for a blood test on the Saturday. Maybe this will help ease their booking for appointments and leave the weekly day to day appointments for those who really need to see the Doc.
My designated GP is fantastic, calls or texts me and we have no problems with the surgery.
Everybody has, at times, issues with GP Surgeries but we like this surgery and all the staff and they are all very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend the surgery.
