As always, a fantastic experience with this Excellent GP/ surgery! I’ve been a patient with this surgery for over 10 years. From the receptionists to the Doctors, the entire staff are very friendly, efficient, and helpful.

The GP (Dr zarad) is very intelligent, attentive, and understanding. Based on my personal experience, he is truly concerned about the wellbeing of his patients and always goes the distance to help them. I highly recommend this surgery.

Kind Regards,
MK

Changed GP as this GP is awful. He sent me away several times as he deemed I was too young to be displaying the symptoms I described. After insisting on using my private healthcare for a scan, it transpired I had a slipped disk… during his examination he actually pushed onto the disc bulge and said ‘I suppose that’s unusual but it’s probably nothing’. When the results came back he behaved like a child as his ego was hurt. Fortunately my private health insurance allowed me to continue with a private consultant and completely sidestep this terrible GP. Avoid at all costs!

I had to change GP practice as Dr Alzarrad is very dismissive and ignorant when it comes to mental health. Receptionist is highly incompetent. Because of her my referral was delayed by several weeks whilst I was in chronic pain.

Overall negligent practice.

I have been a patient for a very long time at the surgery as well as my family, we have been receiving a very professional services from all the staff including DrLewis who is a great doctor with a strong and kind personality. I have recommended a lot of family such as my brother and his family and friends to register at the surgery due to the quality of the services.

Appalling local GP practise.
(I read in the local press that Dr. Lewis may have his license revoked due to inappropriate actions!)
I found the doctor and the staff to be extremely impolite (they're only following his lead), thankfully I decided to leave on my own accord as he had a propensity to refer to a private medical centre to consult with specialists. GP asked if you had medical insurance as par for the course so that he could point you towards a "chum" working in the private sector.
I went as advised (private medical insurance took care of payments), but years later found out that the advice the PAID consultant provided was dubious as the medication suggested was recently uncovered as one of many medications aggressively pushed due to drug company backhanders.

Lewis was proud to show off his Bentley motor car. The guy could barely speak clear English or offer you the time to listen to your concern. He spent most of his time looking things up on the computer and staring at the screen whilst you talked to him.

Only hope they do revoke his license as otherwise I'd hate to leave my health in his hands.
Patients beware!

Unprofessional and so ignorant receptionist.. even the doctors are not bothered to do referral to hospital despite my health condition required further check ups.
