First visit to this hospital yesterday and every member of staff I met was kind, professional and caring. I met a consultant, had two scans in radiology, then met the consultant again for discharge. It took 50 minutes in total. Incredibly efficient and well run. Thank you all so much.

This is my second visit to this hospital getting my bloods done, and I must say the service is so thorough and quick, did not even have time to sit down in the waiting area. And I still can’t believe the car parking is free. Thanks St Margaret’s Hospital/Phlebotomist.

Second time here having a blood test both times I have been left in pain and a huge bruise. When I've had blood tests in Loughton nothing no pain no discomfort and no bruising. Clearly the staff performing the blood tests are
incapable and not trained enough.
