I booked into a blood test for this morning at 8:55. The HCA (I didn't catch the name) was very efficient, talked me through each step, she was very polite/welcoming and informed me of what my blood is being tested for. Over in two minutes, I thought was very good service.

I am a long-term St Luke's patient, and believe, against the general trend, the practice has been improving access to GPs and nursing staff. I have a new GP, Dr Hugo Matson, who is well prepared and very consultative. Interestingly the attached Boots chemist has also improved too.

I wish I could leave a 2 star review, but unfortunately I've come to the conclusion this Doctors Surgery is an absolute shambles, so much so I'm re-registering with my old GP, 40 minute drive away just to get some 'human' care.

I've had nothing but issues with my health this year, rather scary too with incredibly high blood pressure for someone in their 30s. The amount of times the doctors would fob me off with 'you probably have a bug' is ridiculous!!!

Then if you're lucky to get an appointment, doctors like Dr. Bernado are very rude and will tell you as soon you walk in the room 'hurry and tell me your problem, this is an emergency appointment only'. Imagine after months of problems, this is the treatment you get?

Since my high blood pressure, I was given medication to control it. Dr. Xavier called to give a review on my blood work and etc, which came back fine. So told me to review in 6 months time and to continue as usual without medication. Which then I asked, do I still need to take the blood pressure pills I've been taking this year. She didn't even know! Don't you look at people's records? Also, if blood work is fine, what is causing me these problems? I still don't know!!

I simply cannot and will not trust you with my health, I struggle to understand how anyone would after this experience. I hope this is taken constructively to improve your services.
