I dont agree with charging Ill patients with such high parking charges. I park outside and walk in because I am fortunate enough to do so, but I feel for others. There have been many occasions where i have been sent an appointment, driven all the way to Bradford from Huddersfield, and it has been a mistake on the system. Other than that, the service is good.

Had a procedure done in maxillofacial unit. The staff could not have been nicer or kinder. They took the time to explain how everything would happen and put me at ease. Feel very well looked after. So thankful to all the dedicated staff in our NHS.

Just been in nephrology department here with doctor Mahmood.
I wish could give minus stars.
Honestly I think it's just generally services gone from bad to worse in NHS, doctors are mostly clueless and incompetent.
So this doctor no really different, don't think the symptoms just general practice -patient arrived =tick a box, disappointed

The general staff are great as ever, unfortunately I can't say the same for the Dr's! Dr Swanepoel at my appointment (one I'd never seen before) had absolutely no interest in me or my quality of life, just my medication. I don't think he even looked at my records outside of that department?! And whilst I had no issue with the decision made without MY input, I was given no set plan or time frame going forward. I had to ask about that myself and wasn't given as much as a vague answer. No advice was given on how to handle my pain during the fallout but then he showed no interest in the existing cause of my pain and associated health issues either! These problems don't just disappear! And when I asked about a specific issue, I was referred back to the surgical department. You wait months for an appointment, just to be told something that you already knew; I wanted to know what happens next and I still don't have an answer. I feel abandoned with my pain and frustrated to tears because I'm not being listened too. When did the patient get replaced by a computer, although I guess that happens with career complacency. If my appointment was a reflection of a current trend then this department has really reached the bottom in the last 10yrs.

Attended Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery level 0 for a few appointments this year. Every single member of staff pleasant, patient and caring. Very knowledgeable consultants who spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and answering questions. Only reason I didn't give 5/5 is the waiting room needs updating a little nothing to do with the staff. Thank you for all your help.
