Been with St Luke's Health Centre for 14 years now and I can't say a bad word against them. Staff are polite. Yes if you want to make an appointment you have to do it through the online portal, but a lot of places are like that now. And I can say the times I have had to use the appointment request portal, I have always received a call back in good time and not had an issue getting an appointment.

Brilliant GP practice.
Easy to get an appointment on the same day. Helpful receptionists. Been registered here for around 10 years and I've never had a problem with the place.

I have just recently joined this practise and must say it is alot better than my last one
The receptionists are always cheerful, polite and helpful.
Always get an appointment the same day and the doctors listen to what I'm saying.
I have had a particular problem for a while now and was fobbed off by the other practise, after one visit I was referred to the hospital.

This surgery offers very poor service. I've been trying to get essential medication for weeks without success due to the constant hoops patients have to jump through and the extremely poor communication. They just don't care

I ring from 8am in the morning 2 make appointment no one ever answers but I went down the surgery 2 make appointment and they r just sitting there chatting while the phones r flashing with ppl ringing absolute joke

Changed to this doctors at the beginning of the year after a horrendous experience at my previous surgery. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful, doctors and nurses are lovely too. It might sometimes take a while to get through on the phone but that’s how it is across all the doctors due to recent events. Have always been asked if I want a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment. Whenever I have called on the day for an appt, I’ve always got one and easy to book in advance too for non urgent appts. Thank you for restoring my faith in doctors and for just being ‘nice’

Receptionist was very helpful a d got an appointment for my mother in law but the lady we saw was not a doctor and didnt even look at my mother in laws eyes who is 91 just said go to an optician Im not impressed.
