I used their out-of-hours service today after being referred by 111 and was genuinely impressed by the care I received. The receptionist was polite, welcoming, and highly professional. Despite several other patients waiting, I was seen in good time.
The GP who looked after me, Dr David (apologies, I didn’t catch his surname), was outstanding—professional, reassuring, and attentive throughout.
Overall, I’m very grateful for the excellent service and for being there on a Sunday evening. Thank you.

It's okay. I personally wouldn't come here again. But it might be the right place for other people because it wasn't bad. It's just I came here tonight for an out of hours appointment . The receptionist was polite, the waiting area clean and the doctor I saw was polite as well. But I felt I wasn't taken seriously by the doctor i was seen by and it felt like they thought I was exaggerating or faking. It honestly felt like a wasted journey to be dismissed so easily. I think I will stick with my regular GP.

absolutely disgusting and negligent! their new phone system now gives you no option to actually speak to the reception. it tells you to either ring 999, 111 or do triage through their website then hangs up on you! I can’t do any of these as i need urgent care from a doctor. i’m 30 weeks pregnant and have a severe uti so 111 cannot do a referral for antibiotics as a standard. 999 obviously isn't suitable and triage can take up to two days to contact you back which is too long when this infection can be harmful to my baby and cause pregnancy complications. my midwife has confirmed that i need antibiotics prescribed by a doctor so she cant help but was equally shocked as i am that you can’t even speak to reception anymore. its absolute pure laziness and cost cutting.

I recently moved house and was told by alphington surgery I had to move. Fortunately for me I picked St Leonards. Absolutely superb service .. all doctors .. nurses and support staff very helpful and then linked to a brilliant pharmacy next door … can’t speak highly enough

I am new patient. Waiting over month to get my repeat prescription still haven't got one my medication has finished. I personally visit twice but the receptionist wasn't helpful at all. I feel like she get annoyed my presence. This should not be public service. Thanks

Just a terrible GP practice. Impossible to get seen, even being “seen” is a phone call or text, never face to face. Not seen my GP once since registering, fobbed off to a&e multiple times when GP is much more appropriate. Seriously drained and exhausted with it being utterly impossible to get any help! A bank former nurse (I forget her name!) was the only person who has ever helped me there by finally doing a blood test for me.

just registered here and already their incompetence and arrogance is on full display. one of the doctors (ogilvie) has zero empathy and expected me to rectify practice administration errors instead of accepting responsibility on behalf. the online repeat med service is a joke; you order, receive confirmation that it's ready to pick up at pharmacy next door.....but it's never ready because it "hasn't been signed off yet by the duty doctor"...and you're one of many standing around frustrated. my spouse just got diagnosed with advanced cancer and requires first chemo injection. consultant wrote to surgery but surgery hasn't read the letter so nothing has been done. receptionist said, "we don't know what to prioritise until someone reads the letter"!
didn't realise how bad it was until i googled and saw dreadful reviews. going to register elsewhere and be done with this headache. nothing can be worse.

I've been to this surgery twice recently. Once was a bank holiday and the other time on a Sunday and both times my experience was excellent. Polite, friendly, professional and quick. 10/10
