The best GP practice and pharmacy ever. Each person I've met has been helpful, knowledgeable, treated me with respect and given good advice. I recently had call backs from two different doctors, blood tests and hospital appointment all sorted in less than a week.. amazing! So reassuring and very glad to be a patient here.

I became a patient of carisbrooke surgery, based at this medical centre, after making a big decision to leave the surgery that I had been at for ove 30 years.
Was a big decision but was a great decision. Had my first appointment with them today and saw Dr Curzor, she was lovely and was extremely helpful and I felt extremely comfortable with her. She done several referrals straight away her a couple of health problems that I see her about, we even had a little laugh. I left feeling totally confident that all is in hand, whereas my previous surgery was messing up on several matters.. So pleased that I made the right choice when I registered as a patient with them

I have just called the practice to book an appointment for my elderley father. I spoke to a lovely receptionist from Carisbrooke Surgery who booked me a telephone appointment with a GP within the week, when she heard what the problem was offered me a sooner appointment if we needed it. She gave me some sensible advice about our situation which I appreciated. Thank you for listening and for the extra time you spent with me on the line!

Brand new Medical Centre in the final stages of construction and fitting out - scheduled to open from MONDAY 5th October 2020. The Centre is planned to house two existing Surgeries - Carisbrooke Surgery will at last be vacating its long-term temporary Portakabin premises off Falaise Road, which it was forced into as a result of a major fire at its previous location, and Silver Springs practice will be closing its premises in Silverhill, and will also move to St. Leonard's Medical Centre, but with a name-change to become part of the High Glades Practice. Carisbrooke is expected to close its existing accommodation on Friday 3rd October, and move over the weekend to be ready on Monday 5th. They are expected to take over the First Floor at the new Centre, but stress there will be working Lift access for those who might have difficulty with the stairs. All being well with the new building, Silver Springs are expected to close their existing Silver Hill Surgery on Friday 16th October, making the move that weekend, ready to open on the Ground Floor of the new Centre, as part of High Glades on Monday 19th October. This is obviously a complex move for both Surgeries which will involve some changes of telephone numbers and even a name-change for one, made even more challenging by the current pandemic, so if you will be affected by these changes, please keep a close watch on their respective websites, where both Surgeries are posting updates...

My Drs and Pharmacy are alway very very clean but the pharmacy is not allowed to dispense as the pharmacy in West St Leonard's has complained that the pharmacy has taken her business ....does not make sense as My Pharmacists have always been with Carisbrooke Surgery It is so upsetting as it's not the same ....West St Leonard's should join the New Pharmacy Brent is such a brilliant and caring Pharmacist and all the girls were ready to open but West St Leonard's well there's no sense !!!!!! Purpose built medical centre located on the corner of Filsham Road and Bexhill Road. Centre has 26 GP rooms spread across two floors with two different surgeries operating here.

The ground floor is for Silver Hill surgery and the first floor is for Carisbrooke Surgery. The second floor is for staff only.

The chemist here, sorry I can't remember his name, is simply the best pharmacist I've ever met. The other staff are also all lovely and helpful, and the new site is fantastic.
